- 1 standard tray of coffee ice cubes
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- ⅓ cup of cooled coffee
- 3 tablespoons of sweetened coconut flakes
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla syrup
- Whipped cream and toasted coconut for topping
Place all of the ingredients (except the whipped cream) into the blender.
Blend until smooth. Make sure ingredients are thoroughly mixed together. Pour into glass.
Garnish with whipped cream and toasted coconut.
