2 shots of espresso (chilled)
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 cup of warm milk
Just brew two shots of your favorite strong espresso! Once the coffee is chilled, pour the shots in a cup over ice.
Stir in sugar. Our recipe calls for two tablespoons, but you can add more or less, depending on your taste.
Use a handheld frother to froth your warm milk until its texture becomes foamy, and pour it on top of the sugar and coffee mixture.
Top it off with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
