Peppermint Cold Brew Recipe

Ingredients:

- Cold brew - Coffee creamer - 1/2 teaspoon of peppermint extract - Sweetener (optional) - Ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine ground coffee and water in a large glass and leave the mixture in the fridge for 12-24 hours.

Drop a few ice cubes into a tall glass and pour cold brew over them.

Combine the coffee creamer or milk of your choice with about half a teaspoon of peppermint extract in a separate cup or frothing pitcher.

Use your milk frother to blend the two liquids into a layer of subtly minty foam.

Pour the peppermint-infused creamer or milk over the coffee, and stir in a bit of liquid sweetener if you'd like.
