inTaylor is a coffee-obsessed writer who has worked as a barista at Starbucks, on a coffee truck, and now at a small local shop. Those different coffee jobs shape how she tests and explains brewing at home. She has a BA in English and Creative Writing. She is also an avid reader who brings a clear, practical voice to Roasty.
