First, gather up your ingredients. You’ll need your espresso-brewing tool of choice, one very large scoop of vanilla bean ice cream, a dessert glass, and some toppings (if you so choose). You can also use gelato, and if you’re experimenting with toppings, we recommend going for a cookie crumble.
Now that you have everything on hand, pull a double shot of espresso.Once the ice cream is in, it’s time to pour your double shot over it.
