First, gather up your ingredients. You’ll need your espresso-brewing tool of choice, one very large scoop of vanilla bean ice cream, a dessert glass, and some toppings (if you so choose). You can also use gelato, and if you’re experimenting with toppings, we recommend going for a cookie crumble.

Now that you have everything on hand, pull a double shot of espresso.Once the ice cream is in, it’s time to pour your double shot over it.

You can always get creative by switching up your ice cream or gelato flavor or switching out your toppings, but you should stay true to the freshly brewed espresso!

  • Double shot freshly brewed espresso
  • 1 large scoop of Vanilla bean ice cream or gelato
  • Crumble of your favorite cookie (optional)
  • Tall dessert glass(es)

Instructions

  1. Pull your espresso.
  2. Scoop your ice cream into your chosen dessert glasses
  3. Pour your double shot over the ice cream.
  4. Top it off with your favorite cookie crumble or just enjoy it as is!
