Make Your Own Christmas Coffee Creamer
That being said, let me show you just how to make a sugar-cookie-flavored Christmas coffee creamer within the warm comfort of your own home.
While the fire is burning and the tree is glistening, this homemade coffee creamer recipe can be made in minutes so that you can have a warm, toasty cup of coffee to watch your favorite holiday movie with.
- 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup of whole milk
- 1/4 teaspoon of almond extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Sealable airtight container
First, you want to pour the sweetened condensed milk into the sealable container.
For this recipe, I used a mason jar for easier shaking and storing.
Next, you can add the milk to the container. This can be any milk of your preference, but I used whole milk when I made it.
To the sweetened condensed milk and liquid milk, add the almond extract. Be careful not to use more than directed, as it can vastly change the taste of the creamer.
Finally, add the vanilla extract, close the container, and shake it up to thoroughly mix the ingredients.
And that’s it! Now you have a yummy Christmas coffee creamer to share with all your family and friends. Or you can keep it to yourself, your secret’s safe with me!
Some Tips and Tricks
When I made this sugar cookie Christmas coffee creamer recipe, I paired it with a simple two shots of espresso. This worked perfectly to give a warm and sweet addition to my caffeine fix.
However, I later steamed up some of this creamer to add to my favorite drip coffee. This brought out the flavors even more, giving those cozy, warm, and Christmasy vibes from a cup of coffee that tasted just like a sweet, frosted sugar cookie.
Whichever way you choose to use this sugar cookie coffee creamer, just make sure you only keep it in the refrigerator for up to a week and shake it up before every use!
