10. Vietnamese Coconut Iced Coffee

Want to feel the rush it takes to get started on your day? Here is a modern take on a classic: Vietnamese Coconut Iced Coffee! Traditionally, Vietnamese iced coffee is made using strong black coffee and sweetened condensed milk. In this version, we will trade the sweetened condensed milk for a rich and sweet tropical coconut milk. First, brew a strong cup of coffee. The best way to do this, in my opinion, is using a phin filter. Once the brew is complete, mix the same amount of sweetened coconut milk and pour it over a tall glass of ice. This coffee is meant to be stirred, so stir well before enjoying this energizing drink straight from the busy streets of Hanoi!

While you enjoy the energizing Coffee Coconut Smoothie, you can imagine you are in the tropics. The bold taste of the coffee combined with the creaminess of the coconut milk will keep you lively in the morning. To make the smoothie, brew one cup of coffee and let it cool. Once cool, add the coffee, one banana, one cup of coconut milk, and honey to the blender. The banana will make the smoothie extra creamy, and the honey will elevate the sweetness and balance out the coconut milk. It is a refreshing drink for after a workout, and if you are in a hurry, it is also an easy breakfast option. When you pour the smoothie into a tall glass, you can enjoy the taste of the tropics, and in just a couple of minutes you will be transported to a bright, sunny beach.
12. Coconut-Infused Cold Brew Coffee

Ever thought of making your cold brew even better? Now, you can add a taste of the tropics! Here’s an easy way to make tropical cold brew. First, make your cold brew concentrate like you normally do. If you’ve never done cold brew before, it’s super easy. Just do a coarse coffee grind and steep it in cold water for 12 to 24 hours. Now to add the coconut flavor! Get your toasted unsweetened coconut flakes and put some in a tea infuser or cheese cloth and add it to your cold brew coffee. The longer you leave the coconut in, the stronger the coconut flavor will be. If you like creaminess in your coffee, pour it over ice and add a splash of coconut milk to make it even better! This is tropical coffee you can enjoy during those lazy summer afternoons or even as a fun party drink.

15. Spiced Coconut Coffee Nog

Start the holiday season right with our Spiced Coconut Coffee Nog! Eggnog is good, but this is gooder. While the holiday nogs come out at grocery stores, we will show you how to make this amazing coffee drink! The sensation from the cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves of the spiced coffee nog drink will warm you right up. To make the drink, we first brew a coffee. We make a strong one and let it cool down a bit after it’s done. Then we break out a coconut milk container and pour a bit of it into the saucepan, which we will heat. The milk will be heated up just a little. We also add about the same amount of milk of the ground spice mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Stir it up and heat it until the spices are warm enough to smell. To really tray and rough out the recipe, add just maybe like 1 or 2 drops of the vanilla from the sauces section of the grocery store and serve it in a mug. Finally you can shove a stick of cinnamon into the mug as garnish or just sprinkle on a bit of ground nutmeg. Your guests will love this during the holiday gatherings. It’s great for a cold night and every sip is a tropical winter wonderland in your mouth!
