1. Hario TCA-3 Syphon Vacuum Coffee Maker
I’m just making coffee, not retaking high school chemistry. Still, this little coffee maker will make a mean cup of coffee, but is it better? You will have to be the judge.
2. RSVP Endurance Stainless Steel 2 Tablespoon Coffee Scoop
Do you really need a specific tablespoon just for your coffee? That’s what I thought. I’m guessing you can use the spoons you already have. Still, this little stainless steel teaspoon could come in handy…
3. Mr. Coffee Mug Warmer
I’m sorry but there is absolutely no reason for this accessory. I hate reheated coffee. Coffee is made to be enjoyed fresh and hot and there is nothing worse than old coffee that has been reheated by a warmer.
4. Mind Reader Coffee Condiment Organizer
If you are ordering this for your business then I say go for it, but there is absolutely no reason to have one of these in your home. Everything that fits inside this organizer should already have a home in your kitchen, so why move it around for something that will take up more space on your counter?
5. Kuissential SlickFroth 2.0
On one hand I think this one is pretty nice, but on the other I must ask if I really need yet another electric kitchen gadget? Probably not. But if you are a lazy frother, then by all means grab this little accessory.
6. Breville BES900XL Dual Boiler Semi Automatic Espresso Machine
Personally, I think this is an amazing Espresso machine. My problem is with the cost. Who wants to spend over $1,000 on an espresso machine? I guess if you have the money and really love your espresso, then you should go for it, but for others I think you can find a great espresso machine for a little less.
7. Keurig K45 Elite Brewing System
You should know a list like this would include at least one thing from Keurig. With all the different coffee makers out there, there is simply no reason to buy this coffee maker. They simply don’t make a good cup of coffee compared to other brewing methods, even if they are fast.
8. Milk Island Milk Frother
With a name like Milk Island, I’m not sure anyone will really need this. While it does a great job frothing your milk, will you really need this much milk froth on a regular basis? I don’t think so. Personally, I would stick to the milk frother tools.
9. Pour Over Coffee Drip Kettle
With so many kettles out there, do you really need one with a gooseneck designed just for coffee? Probably not. Still, this particular kettle is stylish and high quality so if you want to add it to your coffee accessory collection I say go for it.
10. Starbucks by the Cup Pour Over Coffee Brewing System
There are many different types of single cup pour over brewing systems out there. So why is Starbucks trying to overcharge for this one that isn’t really any better or special compared to any of the others out there? If you simply must have the Starbucks brand name, go for it, as it does work. Just remember there are alternatives out there.
11. Double Wall Glass Coffee Cups with Wooden Spoon
Nice coffee cups are a must, but do you really need just two cups that match and come with their own wooden spoon? Not really. Still, if you want to drink your coffee in style, these cups are one way you can do it.
12. Royal Wood Coffee Stirrers
Again, if you have an office, these are a good idea. But remember, your kitchen is not the next up and coming coffee chain, so just stick to a spoon to stir your coffee.
13. Hario Coffee Drip Scale/Timer
While this could be handy for those of you out there utilizing the pour over method, I’m betting with a little practice you will be able to make an amazing cup of coffee without relying on a battery chugging electronic scale and timer to tell you when you are done. After all, coffee brewing is as much an art as it is a science.
14. Accoutrements World’s Largest Coffee Cup
To be honest, I’m not sure this one should even be on this list. I’m only kidding. While this is a great gag gift for any coffee lover, I can’t imagine anyone actually ever making use of it. How much coffee will this hold anyway?
As you can see, some of these accessories are really pretty interesting, but will they mean the difference between a great cup of coffee and an average tasting one? Not at all. If you have the extra money, feel free to grab one of these. However, if you are on a tight budget, you can probably do without them and still create the perfect cup of coffee that both you and your friends and family will love.
