There’s something so elegant and charming about a raspberry and chocolate combo.

The berry flavor and cocoa work so well together…so, of course, I had to add some coffee into the mix and make a Raspberry Mocha that’s simply….*chefs kiss*…delicious!

This simple recipe only uses four ingredients and can be made into a little treat with some whipped cream on top. You can serve it iced or hot, though this recipe prepares it hot.

For an iced version, simply add ice and don’t steam your milk.

Whether hot or cold, we know you’ll love this delightful coffee drink in all its mocha goodness.

Raspberry Mocha Recipe

What You’ll Need

  • 3 Tablespoons Torani Dark Chocolate Sauce
  • 2 shots of espresso or strongly brewed coffee
  • 2/3 cup creamer of choice (i.e. half & half, evaporated milk, etc.)
  • 1 tsp freeze-dried raspberries crushed
  • Whipped cream (optional)

You can make your Raspberry Mocha directly in the mug, making it easy and convenient with no additional mess!

Because this recipe is so simple, you can tinker with it to meet your desired taste and any dietary needs. You can use alternative creamers that are non-dairy, such as oat milk or plant-based evaporated milk.

The Dark Chocolate Sauce is sweetened, but if you find yourself wanting just a bit more you can add sugar until the desired sweetness is obtained.

How To Make a Raspberry Mocha at Home

If you have an espresso machine, this is the perfect sweet treat to mix up your usual coffee routine. Raspberry mochas are also a great holiday drink if you’re hosting guests and want to show off your espresso machine.

Of course, if you don’t have an at-home espresso machine, any other strongly brewed coffee can work. Brewing from a French Press, AeroPress, or Moka pot are all great alternatives for espresso as they make thick, mouthier coffee.
